Visual Physics is a freemium course. The first few topics of every chapters are free forever. You can study them to get the idea of the course. Other parts are premium and you need to purchase a premium subscription plan to get access.
Yes. You can login with the same email account on other devices (limited to 3) and can access the course there as well.
Yes. The Visual Physics app is available on the Microsoft store for Windows OS 10 & 11. You can download the Windows app from here

You might be seeing some gaps between video listing inside chapters. It is due to exam filter. Those videos are of advanced concept/questions which are hidden if you have selected JEE Main, NEET or Boards as your exam.
To access complete video list, please change your exam preference to JEE Main & Advanced from Menu >> Settings >> Exam.
This happens either due to irregular internet connectivity or some bugs in the video player. We are working on updating the app with latest video player and it will work fine after that.
Meanwhile, you can try the following:
1) Restart the phone. It resolve the issue in most of the cases.
2) Un-install and re-install the app. Login with same account.
If the issue is persistent even after re-install, please contact us. We will need to check the issue separately, as every device configuration is different. It will take some time after reporting the issue, please be patient. We will reimburse the free trial days lost due to this issue.

.Yes. You can download the full chapter at once or selected videos of a chapter individually using the download button, and can watch them without any Internet connection. Once the videos are downloaded, they will run from your phone only, saving the Internet data. However, you will need online connection to see the questions, as they are loaded from web only.
Downloaded videos will be played inside the app only, they can't be played in normal video player. This feature is there to provide off-line access to videos. You will need a premium subscription to watch even the premium videos.
They play similar to other videos, it's just that they are streamed from local memory and don't use Internet data.
We do not have these chapters available yet. We are currently working these chapters; but they will take time. We suggest you to cover those chapters from other sources. However, you won't have to pay anything extra to access these new chapters, once they are released.
